We invite all organizations and state institutions willing to contribute to the success of this professional and media exciting meeting, while at the same time taking the opportunity to present their activities, product programs, products and services at this year’s congress.

The installation of exhibition spaces and billboards will be possible on Tuesday, October 23 after 2 pm and on Wednesday, October 24 at 11 in the morning. Before installation a confirmation of the payment of rent should be submitted to the organizer. Removal of the exhibit installations will be possible immediately after the conclusion.

Additional services are possible through agreement with organizer. Due to the limitation of space, the arrangement of exhibition space will take into account the order of incoming applications.

Staff at the exhibition space must in order to participate in the congress pay fee for exhibitors.

The organizer reserves the right to determine the location of the billboards.

*When renting an exhibition space of a minimum 7 m2, the organizer offers one free entry to the exhibitor.
