Location and Date

The exhibition space will be located in the lobby in front of the large Emerald and Mediteranea halls, where the congress session will take place from 21 to 23 October 2026.

Size and price of indoor exhibition space

The price of renting an exhibition space is 260 EUR/m². The offer is valid for a basic exhibition space measuring 3 × 2 m (width × depth). For larger exhibition areas that are multiples of the basic area, prior agreement with the organizer is required. The number of exhibition spaces is limited.

Outdoor exhibition space

Outdoor exhibition space in front of the Grand Hotel Bernardin is also available for rent. The price is 205 EUR/m², and there are four exhibition spaces available.

Exhibition panel

It is also possible to set up your own exhibition panel measuring approximately 90 × 190 cm at a price of 205 EUR/piece.

What is included in the exhibition space

The price of renting an indoor exhibition space includes electricity, internet access and, if necessary, prefabricated partition walls. The exhibition space is also equipped with a table, two chairs, a counter, a spotlight, a hanger and a trash can.

The rental of the exhibition space of a basic area or more includes one registration fee with the status of participant.

The prices listed above do not include 22% VAT.

Postavitev razstavnih prostorov

The setting up of exhibition spaces and roll-ups will only be possible on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, from 12:00 to 18:00, and the cleaning will be done after the official closing of the congress. Before setting up, a receipt for the payment of the exhibition space rental fee must be submitted.

Additional services are possible by agreement with the organizer. Due to the limited exhibition space, the locations of individual exhibitors will be determined by the congress organizer.

The exhibition space staff must pay the registration fee for the exhibitor who will be working at the exhibition space in order to participate in the congress.

You can secure a reservation for your exhibition space at the congress by completing and submitting the application form::

Exhibitor applications are being accepted until Friday, 16 October 2026.
Payment for exhibition space must be made by 16 October 2026.

Cancellation of exhibitor participation

In case of cancellation of participation after submitting an online application for an exhibition space, the organizer reserves the right to charge cancellation costs according to the following conditions:

• until 1. 9. 2026, 50% of the value of the registered exhibition space will be charged,
• until 1. 10. 2026, 70% of the value of the registered exhibition space will be charged,
• from 13. 10. 2026 onwards, or in the event of non-participation without prior written cancellation, 100% of the value of the registered exhibition space will be charged.

A written cancellation sent to the organizer by e-mail is considered valid.
